With growing boys and a busy household, this family desperately wanted to open up their 1960’s floor plan to make it more functional for their family. By removing a load bearing wall between the kitchen and living room and adding windows in the dining room we created a bright, open space while at the same time making an intimate yet spacious setting for family living. The kitchen features a 10’ island, quartz countertops and new appliances. Custom built-ins and a new gas fireplace insert with real stone surround added the finishing touches to this beautiful space.
