Eden Prairie Parade of Homes Project
Remodeling for the times; the main level of this 1980's style split-level home was divided by partial height walls and lacked the open feel and natural light that the homeowner's desired. The highlight of this remodel is a beautiful new stone two-sided fireplace which now separates the large updated kitchen and living room.
The owners of this Edina rambler wanted to modernize the 50's layout into something that would function better for a busy family as well as update the look of the exterior. To achieve a modern floor plan, the back of the home was extended to accommodate a new laundry room, mud room, bath, and dining room.
