Deephaven Custom Home

It doesn’t get much better than this: A cedar shake exterior, tons of windows, a screened-in porch, copper gutters and a patio perfect for star gazing make this four-bedroom, four-bathroom house a great place to call home.

Eden Prairie Project

When the owners of this home discovered dark spots on the interior walls of their home indicating mold, they knew they had to take action. Further testing revealed the problem to be pervasive and required the entire exterior—only 10 years old—to be redone. By changing window sizes and styles, the homeowners were able to achieve their dream of owning a shake-style home with a covered front entry. Talk about turning a negative into a positive.

Minnetonka Custom Home

For a growing family in need of more space, it was all or nothing, and their original house was completely demolished to make room for the new. The impressive end result is a four-bedroom, four-bathroom home with a cedar shake exterior.

Victoria Exterior Project

The owners of this home weren't thrilled with the stucco exterior of their house and when they found that it disguised a mold problem they were even more eager to remodel. Cedar shakes proved far more pleasing. A front portico with natural stone steps was added to create a warm, more inviting look.

Minneapolis Project

As you review the plans and photo’s you will see that the children’s rooms are located on the second level and before the remodeling project included balconies. Not only were these balconies never used but they were over shadowed by a 42” cantilever from above. Our first thoughts were how is the third floor even supported? Using this 42” as the addition seamed only natural and will also take care of any support issues the 3rd floor may have had in the future. We would be able to create everything this family wanted and keep the structure visually pleasing inside and out.
