Golden Valley Home Addition Project
Family and entertaining were the top two priorities when it came to remodeling the entire main floor of this split-level home. The kitchen was moved to the front of the house, near the entrance to the garage, which makes putting groceries away a snap and allows the homeowners to keep an eye on the front door. A show-stopping granite-topped island provides additional prep and seating space, while cork flooring adds comfort.
Plymouth Basement Remodeling Project
A newly blended family in need of more space was the impetus behind this basement remodel. Style-wise the owners were looking to combine their love of nature with an "Up North" lodge-like feel. Different textures and earth tones were used to achieve that look in the wet bar area as well as a guest bedroom, a three-quarter bath, exercise room and family room.
With a complete redesign of the interior space we were able to achieve all that homeowners desired. The new entry is now bright and opens up to the family room area along with an arched entry that frames the new dinning room. A spa like master suite is inviting with a circular break at the end of the hall along with custom curved openings to the bedroom and bath. The elegant bathroom has a privacy room, custom shower with bench, a whirlpool tub framed in by an arched opening, a make-up center and heated floors add the finishing touches. A walk in closet with his and her side storage space completes the space.
