The owners of this Edina rambler wanted to modernize the 50's layout into something that would function better for a busy family as well as update the look of the exterior. To achieve a modern floor plan, the back of the home was extended to accommodate a new laundry room, mud room, bath, and dining room. A portico, third garage stall and unique roof lines give the home character. The gourmet kitchen boasts new appliances, honed granite, custom backsplash, beautiful cabinetry and a built-in banquette. We think you will agree; this is another outstanding remodel by Knight Construction Design.
